
The Customer Relations and Complaints Resolution Committee (CRCRC) members and the Champions recently participated in one-day training held on Tuesday 4th March, 2025 led by expert facilitators from the Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ). The trainers were Mr. Keith Changalwa and Ms. Asma Abdalla from CAJ. The training focused on enhancing skills in customer handling, complaints handling, Service Delivery Charter and access to information in the custody of the University. This training represents our ongoing commitment to excellence in stakeholder engagement and responsive service delivery.
