The Customer Relations & Complaints Resolution Committee (CRCRC) was established to handle customer issues at the University. The Committee is also responsible for ensuring that services offered by the University are of the highest quality and that they meet and exceed customers’ expectations. In the discharge of its mandate, the Committee has established an elaborate infrastructure/avenues for receiving feedback from customers. The feedback usually received include compliments, suggestions, complaints or requests from its customers. The Committee ensures that the feedback received by the University is acknowledged, documented and shared with the relevant Departments/Sections for necessary action. Follow up on the feedback received is usually carried out to ensure that the expectations of each customer were met. All complaints received are investigated and resolved expeditiously, and in a manner that ensures any complaint on the quality of services does not recur. Every Department/Section of the University has a complaint/compliment reporting champion who is charged with the responsibility of ensuring that customer needs are met and that a high quality of service delivery is maintained.
