The Customer Relations and Complaints Resolution Committee (CRCRC) endeavours to create a memorable and pleasant experience for all the University visitors. The Committee, whose responsibility is to come up with innovative ways of ensuring that all services offered by the University are of the highest standard has put in place an infrastructure that seeks to ensure that all customers are given an opportunity to comment on the quality of services received and where complaints are received, to take steps to ensure that the corrective actions taken shall ensure non-recurrence of the same. According to a recent customer satisfaction survey that was carried out in February 2019, the University has witnessed a remarkable improvement in its customer satisfaction index, an indication of the progressive improvement in customer service.
