CRCRC Training by Goodit International Limited

The University of Embu, through the Customer Relations and Complaints Resolution Committee (CRCRC), held a two-day training on Customer Care, Complaints Handling, and Service Delivery Charter Implementation from 12th to 13th March, 2026 at the Procurement Boardroom. The training was facilitated by Goodit International Limited, which brought together staff and Complaints and Compliments Reporting Champions to enhance service delivery, customer engagement, and complaints resolution. During the Vice-Chancellor’s opening remarks, represented by Dr. Samuel Ndirangu, Vice-Chairman, CRCRC, said, “a Service Delivery Charter is not merely a compliance document but a public promise that guides our accountability, transparency, and responsiveness.” He also stressed the University’s dedication to service excellence and pointed out that every staff member helps shape the stakeholder experience. The training ended on a positive note, giving participants practical skills to raise service standards across the University. Through such trainings, the University strives to provide quality services in a bid to meet and exceed customer expectations.
