Short Biography
Agatha Marigu Njeru, a Kenyan Citizen, is an Administrative Assistant at the Customer Relations and Complaints Resolution Office who is also the secretariat to the Customer Relations and Complaints Resolution Committee. Ms. Agatha graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Education Arts in Kiswahili and Christian Religious Education. She also pursued Diploma in Business Studies. Agatha has experience of teaching and mentorship of High school students. She has experience of working as assistant administrator in Shalom Home in Mitunguu, Meru County. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Arts (Kiswahili) at University of Embu. She is a team player who processes excellent interpersonal skills.
