Short Biography

Mr. Jason Gichuki serves as the Personal Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor at the University of Embu, where he supports the Office of the Vice-Chancellor in advancing institutional priorities through effective executive coordination, strategic administrative support, and stakeholder engagement. He is responsible for facilitating executive operations, coordinating official engagements, managing communications, and supporting governance and leadership functions within the University.

 He holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Administration and Planning at the University of Embu. His professional experience spans executive administration, conference and event management, protocol coordination, institutional communication, and leadership support.

 He has contributed to the organization and coordination of numerous national and international academic and professional engagements and has undertaken professional training in quality management systems, transformational administrative practice, cybersecurity awareness, and travel information management. His interests lie in educational leadership, institutional governance, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness.
