The University of Embu (UoEm) on Monday, 8th December 2025, welcomed three officials from Konza Technopolis who visited to conduct an audit on the progress of the Jitume Programme. The team was led by the Chief Manager, Audit, CPA John Karanja, accompanied by Ms. Elizabeth Mutua and Mr. Ian Kiptui. They were received by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academics, Research & Extension, Prof. Paul Nthakanio, who briefed them on the University’s milestones and achievements since its inception. The officials later toured the Computer Laboratory where the Jitume Programme is being implemented.
