The Directorate of Performance Contracting & ISO is mandated to:-

• Ensure timely preparation of the Performance Contract in accordance to the guidelines provided by the relevant government agencies and submit the same for consideration by the University Management Board and Council.
• Ensure implementation of the Performance Contract and that reporting is done to the relevant government agencies
• Ensure favourable outcome during Performance Contract evaluation by monitoring implementation and compiling evidences of activities done
• Ensure that the University attains and remains ISO certified;
• Liaise with various external parties on ISO matters as found appropriate.
