On Monday, July 29, 2024, a delegation from the Commission for University Education (CUE), led by Dr. David Muthuka, Deputy Commission Secretary for Research, Planning, and Innovation, visited the University of Embu (UoEm). The focus of the benchmarking exercise was on Performance Contracting. This visit highlights the ongoing collaborative efforts between CUE and UoEm. The two institutions have established a strong and mutually beneficial relationship, working together across various areas to enhance educational standards and institutional effectiveness.

FY 2020/2021 PERFORMANCE CONTACT EVALUATION RESULTS

The FY 2020/2021 performance Contract was evaluated by the Public Service Performance Management & Monitoring Unit on 22nd November 2021. The exercise took place within the University. The University was represented by the Chairman and Independent Member of the University Council, Vice-Chancellor and members of management during the exercise.

A composite score of 1.9290 (Excellent) was attained.
