The FY 2020/2021 Performance Contract was negotiated by the Ministry of Education on 13^th August 2020 and vetted by the Public Service Performance Management and Monitoring Unit on 29^th September 2020 through the Government Performance Contracting Information System (GPCIS).

Cascading of the FY 2020/2021 Performance Contract to the specific target owners was done at the Divisional level by the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Planning Administration and Finance), and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic, Research and Extension) on the 13^th, 22^nd, and 26^th October 2020 respectively. Implementation is on-going and the first quarter performance contract reports were submitted to the relevant offices in October 2020.
