Short Biography:
 I am a results-driven ICT professional with a strong focus on optimizing systems for business growth, organizational development, and high-performance IT services. My expertise lies in ERP Solutions, ISO 27001 & 9001 Implementation, Business Process Re-engineering and Cybersecurity. I am certified in Data Analytics, IT Project Management, CCNA, Cybersecurity and Data Protection. As a part-time CIT Lecturer, I have empowered students by providing them with comprehensive knowledge of cloud computing, networking, PC and support concepts and achieved a 20% increase in student understanding. I believe in creating a dynamic learning environment by incorporating real-world examples and industry collaboration.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology with a focus on Machine Learning Algorithms while holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology. I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends. I hold certifications in ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, and have completed 21 courses in Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis (FMVA) course.
