World Suicide Prevention Day Celebration
The University of Embu on Tuesday,10th September, 2024 partnered with Cynert Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in celebrating the World Suicide Prevention Day. The event dubbed " Changing the Narrative on Suicide" was flagged off at 9:00a.m. at UoEm Gate C and the stakeholders and students procession marched up to Mutunduri market.

Head of Department Message

Welcome to the Department of Health Services. The department was established in 2014 and has since grown steadily in staff numbers, infrastructure and available services. We are currently a level 2 health facility providing promotive, preventive and curative health services to the university community.
We endeavor to be champions of good health practices that foster physical, mental and social wellness in the university community.
