The Office of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (PAF) organized a 2-day workshop (23rd -24th July 2020), for all Heads of Departments (HoDS) and the Unit Coordinators on Development of Policies, Guidelines, Procedures and Processes in the Planning, Administration & Finance Division.

The purpose of the workshop was to train the HoDs and the Unit Coordinators how to develop Policies, Guidelines, Procedures and Processes from their various functional areas.

In addition, the training was to raise awareness on the importance of policies, guidelines, procedures and processes for efficiency in service delivery to the University customers.
 
The workshop was facilitated by Prof. Eucharia Kenya, Prof. Paul Nthakanio, Mr. Lawrence Kamonjo, Mrs. Purity Chege and Ms. Gladys Atambo. The secretariat was composed of Ms. Christine Njue, Mr. Franklin Kinyua and Ms. Josephine Githu
