Health and a clean environment are among the fundamental human rights recognised in the Kenyan constitution of 2010. I am calling upon every player in the University of Embu to uphold simple and doable health practices such as proper personal hygiene, adequate use of the available waste bins, and physical exercises among others to maintain and improve on our health.
