A team of five officers from Kisii University visited the University of Embu on Thursday, 12th March 2026. The delegation was received by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academics, Research and Extension, Prof. Paul Nthakanio, on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Daniel Mugendi Njiru.

During the visit, the team was taken through the University’s key milestones since its inception. The officers had come to benchmark on the digitalisation of academic quality assurance processes. They were briefed on the monitoring of lecture take-off, evaluation of student teaching and learning experiences, and how these processes have been integrated into the University’s ERP system.
