Short Biography:
He holds a Bachelor of Education (Arts) in Business Studies and Christian Religious Education from the University of Embu, Second Class Honours (Upper Division), and is presently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning Design and Technology at the Open University of Kenya and a Practitioner Diploma in Marketing at the Marketing Society of Kenya.
Alex has a background in marketing, communication, and administrative support, with practical experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for academic programs, creating content for university publications and social media, and supporting internal and external communication initiatives. His professional interests span digital marketing, public relations, brand management and publicity, customer service, and corporate communication.
In addition to his academic training, he has undertaken extensive professional development in Strategic Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Digital Marketing, Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, Front Office Management, Trauma and Psychological Debriefing, and Competency-Based Curriculum implementation. Alex brings excellent organizational skills, communication and interpersonal abilities, and a results-oriented approach to service delivery in a higher education environment.
