Short Biography
Holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and presently pursuing Doctorate studies in Entrepreneurship.  She has a wealth of experience in the Management of Higher Learning Education Institutions acquired during her service in key universities in the Country, spanning close to thirty years. She has a multiplicity of skills and core competencies that come in handy in running the Office of the Registrar in the Vice-Chancellor`s Office.
Ms. Otolo has attended numerous courses in various aspects of Corporate Governance, locally and internationally, over the years, thus acquiring cutting-edge knowledge and skills in Corporate Governance for the 21st Century institutions.
In addition to heading the Corporate Affairs Section, Ms. Otolo is the University Information Access Officer and co-ordinates the Chancellor’s Office, Board of Trustees and Management Board matters. She is a trained Integrity Officer and Fire Marshall. She has served in numerous key committees of the University, some of which she has and is serving as a Chairperson.
