Ms. Lucy Mumbi Lumumba holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance. She joined UoEm in 2022 . She assists in the Secretariat of the University meetings, Official Communications, ISO Matters among other Administrative duties.  She is committed, efficient, and professional and strives for excellence in performing these duties in the Office of the Registrar, Vice-Chancellor’s Office.
