The University of Embu participated in the 5th Embu County Professional Development multisectoral clinic on Saturday, 26th July, 2025 at St. Peters Primary School and Junior Secondary School in Ishiara, Embu County. The Clinic offered an opportunity for career mentorship to students, showcasing academic programmes offered at the University of Embu, exhibiting University products and services, and to provide health and wellness screening to members of the public.
The event brought together over 3000 secondary school students and 2000 members of the public. The objective of the event was to offer career information and community services conducted by ECPDA professionals in the county on legal, land, health, education, and environmental issues.
