Short Biography: Mr.Loyford Gitonga assistant catering at university of Embu whereby I assist in menu planning, costing, preparations and supervising production and service for university catering services and events. Having served the university since 2013 I have vast experience in hospitality industry to offer quality services to our clients.
Also a trained ISO champion for department and served in various committees notably tender opening, graduation and inspection and acceptance committee. I am also a pat time lecturer in hospitality and tourism.
