Customer Feedback Channels

Feedback can be submitted;

  • Directly to the Chairman, Customer Relations and Complaints Resolution Committee (CRCRC) or any member of the Committee.
  • Directly to the Customer Relations & Complaints Officer (CRCO).

  • By filling in the online form that can be accessed using this link - https://goo.gl/forms/dVPHEXxEOlIAZgCu2
  • By filling in forms and registers available at the following designated areas:
    1. Department, Section and Offices within the University.
    2. Several complaints/ compliments reporting boxes strategically placed at different locations across the University, for example, Main gate, Student Centre, Health Unit, Staff Cafeteria, Library and the New Administration Block, among others.
  • Directly to the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics, Research & Extension), Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Planning, Administration and Finance) or any other Office in the University.
  • Via the official University postal address (P.O. Box 6-60100, Embu) with the mail addressed to the Vice-Chancellor or the Customer Relations and Complaints Officer
  • By posting on the University of Embu social media e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
  • Directly to the CRCRC Office by calling, sending an SMS or WhatsApp the office mobile number; 0705945412 or call through VOIP 138
  • Visiting the Customer Relations and Complaints Resolution Office at the 3rd floor New Administration Block (Office No. 325) to discuss the matter of concern.
