Knowledge Management Committee in conjunction with Customer Relations and Complaints Resolution Committee, hosted an Advanced Knowledge Management two-hour virtual training which targeted KM Champions (Head of Departments and Sections) on Monday, 16th June, 2025. The theme of the training was "Streamlining Customer Focus and Service Delivery through Communities of Practice".
