The Legal Office is responsible for the provision of legal services to its client, the University. Our role is to offer independent and professional legal and advisory services while practising the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity. The Office is headed by the Legal Officer.
The University’s Legal Officer is Ms. Anne Ndegwa. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over four years’ experience. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She is a practising advocate and a member of the Law Society of Kenya and is currently pursuing the Certified Secretaries (CS) course.
Prior to joining the University, Ms. Ndegwa was engaged in private practice where she gained experience in a wide range of areas in legal practice. These multidisciplinary experiences have provided a valuable foundation of practical legal knowledge that enables her deal with the diverse legal issues that face the University.
